Six-IR
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Tyeke's Media ([legal business name and address]) for using Six-IR. By using Six-IR or making an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use Six-IR
You must be at least 13, or 16 in the EU and UK. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. One account per person; keep your password to yourself, and tell us at support@six-ir.com if you think someone else has used your account.
The service
Six-IR resizes, crops and edits photos. Everything in the Free plan runs in your browser. Plus adds Vectorize, larger batches and monthly AI credits. We may add, change or remove features; if we remove something a paid plan includes, we'll tell you and offer a fair refund.
Your photos and results
- Your photos, and what you make from them, stay yours. You let us handle them only as needed to run the tool you chose (for the generative AI tools, that means sending them to our AI provider).
- You must have the right to use every photo you put into Six-IR, including permission from people shown in it where the law requires it.
- AI results can be wrong, odd or similar to existing images. Check a result before you rely on it or publish it; you're responsible for how you use it.
Rules for the AI tools
Don't use Six-IR, and especially Edit with words, Face swap and Create, to make or share:
- sexual or nude images of a real person, or any sexual content involving a minor;
- images of a real person without their permission that could deceive, embarrass, harass or harm them, including fake "photos" of things that didn't happen;
- content meant to impersonate someone, commit fraud, or mislead people about real events;
- hateful, violent or threatening content, or anything illegal;
- content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
Face swap may only be used with photos of people who have given you permission, and the result must not be used to deceive anyone. Our AI provider blocks some results automatically. You can report a result with "Report it" in the resizer. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities.
AI credits
- Credits pay for the generative AI tools: Expand, Edit with words and Face swap use 1 credit each, and Create uses ¼. A credit is used only when a result comes back.
- Welcome credits: a new account gets 10 once its email is confirmed, one time only.
- Plus credits: 150 a month, refilled on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused monthly credits don't carry over.
- Credit packs (when on sale) never expire while your account is open.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and end if your account is closed.
Plus and payments
When Plus goes on sale, it's billed in advance, monthly ($15) or yearly ($144), through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change, but never during a period you've already paid for, and we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. Prices don't include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time (Library, then Account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay; where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first.
No warranty
Six-IR is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of [state or country]. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of your own country's laws.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Using Six-IR after that means you accept the new terms.
